I've tried using my Maha, Sony, Uniross, GP charger to charge my Sony, Maha, Sanyo, Uniross, Keep, Energizer, GP, Panasonic batteries in any combination. So far no bad incident happened.

Unique colors? I doubt that. If it's really that unique, I wouldn't see so many of them faking the saturation and colors here. I'm a Sony, Nikon and Canon DSLR user and I don't see much difference on the color among the 3 brands. Unique colors is just a hype by certain people, just like in Nikon they said it's very vivid, in Sony they said it's so called unique, in Canon they said it's so natural or bla bla.

f1.0, Tilt Shift, 5x Super Macro Close Up, 5-Stop-Image Stabilizer, 10fps Burst Mode, HD Video, 800mm-1200mm Super Telephoto, noise control, used lenses everywhere. I guess this is holding me back whenever I want to jump to others. Anyway once in a blue moon I'll still grab a D300, D700, A700, A200 when there's good deal to test drive and sell back when I'm enough of it.

If you can live with kitlens, your siggy's gearlist wouldn't exist. It's just the matter of time before one upgrade. I've witnessed myself plenty of forumers here telling me stuff like, "hey, I just need a simple camera and kitlens and I won't need anything else". Well, give him a few months and you'll see new stuff popping up in their siggy. Perhaps self-denial is just a common thingy when a certain group of people just started.

No worries, none taken. Ask yourself, why did you upgrade to DSLR when you could stay with a PnS or even a cameraphone? Simply cause you want better stuff IQ, so why people discuss about lens and performance? Simple, like what I said, people will not stay stagnant and they upgrade as long as pocket could afford.

The f2.8 is simply awesome for indoor events. My only whine on my ex Tokky 11-16mm f2.8 is the range. If only they could make the coverage longer.

I used to think like that but end up didn't utilize that lens much due to the short range though the aperture is very tempting. I would suggest you to give it a try first to make sure you really like the range before deciding.. How much is the price of that lens?

You'll love it more on Alpha considering you can utilize the SSS. f2.8 is damn awesome in preserving ambient lighting when you are shooting in low lit area.

It all depends on what you want to shoot. Landscape doesn't mean that you die die must go low aperture aka big F stop.
