Complain about neighbour, Condo unit

Hey there, my patience has been tested already.  I don't really care if the neighbour on the above unit accidentally drop something on the floor, pulls the tables and chairs around during day time or even evening when people are still alert, but this neighbour of mine has been "too much". I have patiently "suck up" the noise for two months, since i moved in, and the noise is unbearable - because it only happens around 12-2am or 6-8 am when people are sleeping. Do I need to approach the above unit first or do i lodge a complaint on them directly to the management office? |
