how is the weather condition there as we might be planning to go from somewhere around 11march to 13march?

hi.. any recommended chalet in Pulau perhentian besar? plan to go this april.

Looking to go to Perhentian early April. Any recommendation of a good accomodation + value for money? Budget is not an issue (although preferbly not too expensive, say, about RM400 or less per person)?

I went to Perhentian Besar last year with my classmates around 15 peoples. We stayed at Fauna Chalet.. So far i am fully satisfied. The scenery is great. the food is very delicious. We also go snorkeling.. People there are very friendly. You can find packages as low as 250 until 460.. we take the 400 packages provided with meals and also BBQ, snorkeling. You can do jungle tracking in the evening across sea side at other side.

Whats the difference between Besar and Kecil? For a first timer, which is actually better?

Perhentian Kecil more to backapckers especially Long Beach.Nighlife there so awesome.Perhentian Besar suitable for family or company trip

Going to Perhentian this July 2013, will be a big group around 10++ people, still searching for 3D2N snorklling package, any recommend? prefer good staying condition, burget around RM400++ per person...

we r a group of 12, r visiting in july oso.
we settled for our 3rd choice resort during the just concluded matta fair.
our 1st n 2nd choice r either have no more room or not enuf room for us... thus, plz move FAST

3 Day 2 Night Perhentian Island + Redang Island + Lang Tengah Island are recommended since you have large group...budget roughly RM400++

Not at all rooms you can get during MATTA FAIR ,if you traveling during school holiday,public holiday and weekend . Advance booking are recommended .

I joined the group thru a fren and leads by fren's cousin thus I let her make the call. Otherwise, I would throw everything to Samurai and ask him to plan to our budget.

You can look for agent like Samurai coz they earn commission/rebate from the resorts. Thus we are paying the same or slightly cheaper.

i am planning a trip to perhentian with 3 frens on June/July.
my frens asking me whether any tour agency which usually have lot of young customers so that we can have more fun and get to know each other.

so any tour agency that u guys/gals engage before that majority consists of youngster?
