i got mine smile.gif , thanks alot bairo .

Anyway guys , do u all know how to off the advertisment on the version 6 functions like the internet and hyper real engine ,  when they appear on the bottom of my plasma panel ? it seems to come out each time when i use the remote control , and its quite annoying for i have to manually wait for it to go off = (

i've seen it somewhere in the manual, it should be for demo purpose and you can reset it back to normal.. could it be your set is a display set??

Added on June 1, 2010, 9:07 ammaybe there is a faster way to reset it, as TS metioned above to update the latest firmware, it should also reset it..

Went to Best Denki to enquire about difference between c550 and c6500. It's 50Hz v 100Hz refresh rate. Up to you to believe whether it makes any difference. What do the sifus think?
*
dont see any info on the 100hz on 6500, when i change the HDMI channel, it normally show 50hz or 60hz... and from the website, it dont show the 100hz refresh rate anymore..(only the 600hz subfield)

The PS50C6500 @ RM4360 is true, I checked out the lead provided by Countdown.  The prices tumbling I guess - the Panny P50U20K promo price is only RM36xx, but the C6500 beats it .. also so much more stylish and slim.

So one last question to C6500 owners before I take the plunge : did you guys consider the LA46C650 LCD - slightly smaller but more expensive - which I found same features but black is blacker or my eyes mistaken? TQ for your comments.
*
ya, i did consider the 46c650 or the 55c650, not so much on the price, i took the c6500 plama for astro's SD programme..

I guess the best price for Samsung C6500 in k.l is 4,600. I still keep on surveying to get lower than this.
*
Please keep us updated on the price as I personally think that the price will go down soon as Panasonic TH-P50U20K price is now around RM 3780.

TQ
