One entrance ingress and egress from LDP main road. No inside road from SS2…if I’m not mistaken la.

They advertised to VP by end of the year. Possible provided everything is done smoothly.

By the time people move in, the Lagenda Properties office tower should be ready too and that’s good news for the mall. And even before these happen, Miyu residents would have moved in. Overall lots of positive changes for the area.

Thought Lagenda acquire the existing office tower, what u meant by should be ready too?

Heard the office tower occupancy rate is not that good...

Went to view the developer released units couple of weeks ago. The location is very attractive albeit the traffic access point is a bummer, u turn & u turn to get in and out. Next door 3 Damansara is a let down so if proceed, will need to bet on CLMT could revive the mall traffic. Saw the crowd at NSK on a weekday afternoon which looks encouraging but GSC had moved out with the place turn into some kind of performance arena. They offer extra rebate for the released units which has less desirable facing direction or views.
Still contemplating if to pick up the 2 room units (all studio or 1 room sold out), but wonder if there is any catch for the so called developer released units. I mean, is it normal for developer to hold back units and later release with extra rebates.
Recent checking of this developer with a friend and found out they also held back units at Boulevard Residences which was completed almost 10 years ago for rental. A colleague of my friend so happen is renting one of those developer units.

Going to be VP soon is also one attraction to me, as it means savings on progressive interest. Very tempted but still pondering if I should be concern with the so called developer released units other than not so ideal facing view.
