with crazy prices like Ameera, Five Stones in SS2 now.. wonder how much developer is going to charge for this one

probably some expensive price.... most of these are not exactly meant for consumers eh?

Ameera and 5 Stones are higher class products compared to this Casa 3. Can't compare like that.

lets hope this will be under 300k mark for 1200+/- square feet.

It would be good if can get 250psf, but I doubt so.

Ken 3 is already RM300+ psf, and it is not at the same league with Casa 1 & 2 I presume?

should be lower...

But it looks like Casa 3 isn't really that superior as Casa 1 & 2 from the picture, so I will be very happy with RM300psf.

my mark will be $380psft... eventhough at this price.. it is still attractive..

not sure how will be the road and access to this condo.

Casa 1 for instance, I do not like the main entrance and the road leading to the condo. very narrow with all the cars parked illegally there.

just depend on the developer how to catagorize this project, if same standard like casa 1,2 and ken 1,3...the price i guess is start from 350/sqf...

No entry price because dont think I could afford their new price ..............

Learnt previously that this was suppose to launch after CNY this year at around 450psf but looking at 5-Stoned success Dijaya bosses will hold back the launch until Tropics is VPed then decide what would be the appropriate selling price based on that.

This DIJAYA knows market momentum is with them so they'll just sit tight n enjoy the show.......

haha good one.. u r right.. DIJAYA is watching and just waiting for those ppl who is waiting.... anyway there dont have any studio unit for our studio king here for this one I will pass..

I read somewhere on the net says that the unit sizes is between 1100-1200, do not know how true this is, with RM350psf that is at least RM400k up.
