That facade looks more like it, but don't understand why does Dijaya has to use the Tropis name again? Ran out of ideas?

Btw, SStwo Mall is opening soon. One confirmed tenant is HOME-FIX DIY STORE (like the one in 1Utama)

Everyday I pass by the plc but never knew tat they r building a condo there, no wonder they were dismantling the walls along LDP right beside Tropicana office building... The plc is already dam packed + tis... sweat.gif

For the sake of being exclusive! The entire area's name starts with Tropic........

Anyway, CD 3 is not meant to be, instead a hotel building should be standing on that site.

RM350 psqft? You must be joking! In Damansara Perdana is already around RM600 psqft for the new Empire condos. I think it will be priced similarly. Most likely around the RM600-RM650 psqft range.
