Yes if its registered under your name and you're opting for an upgrade. My friend did this exactly , he changed 1Mbps which is under contract to 4Mbps , its because the phone name and streamyx is registered under his name. If its registered under someone elses name , then you're out of luck. You gotta terminate , wait and re-apply. But if you're still under contract and upgrade , yep its possible.
