u upgrade from 1m to 4m? isit need to fill the form again or just go to tmpoint and ask them for upgrade only?

Im using cool uni pack 3 wks ady, i experienced some serious problem with the connection, the snr margin is very unstable most of the time and get disconnect frequently (new tel line), unlike my previous streamyx which is very stable and never get disconnected, so regarding to this problem i keep calling 100 and ask them to send me a technician to help me to solve it, they promise me they will send me a technician, i got my report number also, but until now i haven't see anyone come yet...any suggestion other than calling 100?

Can i transfer my cool uni pack from the new telephone line to the old one within the contract?
my old tel's streamyx was terminated over a month...

Yesterday i went to tmpoint transfer my streamyx from new phone line to the old phone line, but i found out that my speed is capped at 1024/512 instead of 2048/512..what should i do now?

Can i upgrade/downgrade under contract?
Isit need to refill the form again with the school chop?
