come someone help me? this is my situation: I terminated my old streamyx account on 7 June 2010 and received the termination slip as well...(Cool unipack form havent hand in) I just checked my order status through the website provided in the 1st post, it stated there termination is complete... can i go to tmpoint to submit the form now? the application will proceed immediately after the form handed in? i appreciate if anyone can ans me...thanks This post has been edited by derek221: Jun 9 2010, 07:34 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

y u all keep argue about whether the netbook is free?
as long u get the netbook and pay a cheaper fees is very good oredy...

hi all experts there, i am looking for some answer
i terminated my old account on 7 june, on that day i already cant use streamyx....
since i saw lots of people's application being dropped because they signed for speed that their location did not support, i want to ask can i check myself about the speed supported in my area?
how should i do it?

want to ask something....
below is my time line
7/June/2010 terminate my streamyx account under my mum name
16/June/2010 submit application form and get the confirmation slip as well, when i check the status it says that appoinment date is on 18 June no team assign yet....
will the technician come to my house on 18 June? should i call to them tml to check?

I just get my streamyx fix... below are some details of my streamyx... with these statistic can someone please tell me whether it can support to 4Mbps? i considering upgrade it to 4mbps... i currently using 1Mbps pakage... i was told by the technician that even i able to sign for 4mbps, it will only mantained in 3.5 to 3.8mbps. it cant stay in 4mbps all the time,is it true? thanks for help.
