My current streamyx combo package (RM60) is under my name and I am still a eligible student.
I called TM a few times and they said have to apply new streamyx account and 30 days of cooling down period. Can I direct convert ? |

How to get the order no for the netbook in order to check the delivery status?

Upon activation, When should I call HP to have the web order No for netbook? Do I have to wait for a few days ?

I checked my order status in HP website about the netbook. It is 110. The status is admin since yesterday and the planned delivery date is "date to follow". Anyone experienced this before ?
