you can change the government but you cannot change the people.
even if gov change every year, these corrupt civil servant will not be affected by the different political powers.
corruption running rampant in selangor during the BN days, now even under PR, the same problem is still there.
being a high ranking officer also give these corrupter some kind of immunities when it comes to malpractice. This need to be change
i hope the sun will continues highlighting this matter and selcat will make sure these basterds will get what they deserved

if superior got "fed nicely", the staff sure found out. So the superior must give some to them. They succumb and gets the benefit from doing a very simple thing: shut up and move on with life. When their children grows up and learn bout this, their parents also must show "they still the best example", by brainwashing the children its never wrong, and its just perks and rewards. Children grows up hoping to become like their parents one day.
The vicious cycle continues.

Kerajaan harus meneliti issue2 seperti ini untuk mengelak kimak2 ini mengambil peluang.
Ini adalah salah satu sebab ramai remaja dari keluarga miskin mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan jenayah sebab kimak2 macam ini suma indirectly contribute kepada kesusahan mereka.

The Selangor state govt should make thorough investigation, then bring those guilty to court and have them relinquish their posts.

Poor people no money to buy low cost, because at Rm45K also they no money, job also not steady
So its up to the rich people to buy and rent out to poor people, so poor people got roof over their heads
