There are many shops and eating place around that area, more factory are coming up at KIP. The Condo was selling at about RM180k-220k before now has gone up to RM260k - 300k. Rental is ok, fully furnish about RM1200 - RM1500 . Empty unit is around RM950-RM1000Renting is not high as no major commercial activities in that area.... except factories... that's why you will see so many foreign labors there.....
