omg...the price raise to the price before again.... quite disappointed for that la...thought want to buy more, now have to reconsider again..

I don't appreciate the sudden price hike due to whatever consensus you and 5w33 may have come to. I appreciated the RM50 - RM55 per mug and when I placed my name on the list I was willing to pay just that, nothing more.

As much as I think it's unfair and unjustified to simply suddenly decide to increase prices so it would tip the scales in your favour when it was a lower price in the beginning, giving us the chance to withdraw our reservations is the least you could have done, and I'm glad you did that -- not that I would have gone through with the transaction if such wasn't made possible anyway -- hitherto I request for my reservation (12) to be canceled. The 70-200 isn't the original one made by Canon anyway, and the quality as shown by the picture is enough to evoke second thoughts.

2. PM all interested buyers to revert to you on their final order because of the upward price change
3. Get 5w33 to update his thread (http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1429269) to confirm both your agreement otherwise buyers from his thread will be confused

@ xLegato- I understand the gravity of these actions, guys. And I'm really sorry that it had to go this way. I originally priced the 24-105 at RM90 when I started the thread on Wednesday to complement g88's bulk for the 70-200 which is also at RM90. Both of which were already and remain to-date extremely fair prices when compared with the market. Once competition came into the picture prices started to fluctuate all over the place, which is why this list of names is no more than a display of interest until the point of stock confirmation. Concerning the quality of the 70-200, I too concurr that the quality leaves much to be desired, nevertheless the demand for it exists, and according to my supplier the manufacturer has no immediate plans to improve on that. Your order has been removed as requested. Thank you for your time.

@ MangO - I realise this change carries a tinge of bitterness, then again I would point out that when prices were changing constantly over the past 2 days in a state of decline, no one seemed to have such opinions over the fact that they were being charged RM50 instead of the original RM70 they had agreed to. And by that, I'm not defending my decisions here to be justified, it's just business. As mentioned earlier this list here is nothing more than a display of interest, and is no more binding than by word of mouth. Everyone on the list will be notified of the final prices when payment is due after stock arrives and are ready to ship. As for 5w33's buyers, I'd like you guys to know that I did not in any way force this decision upon him, and as for his consent to the transfer of his buyers to this consolidated list, he intends to post up his side of the story tomorrow, along with his expressed wishes to merge his orders into this list. Both of us are well aware that without his expressed consent, I would not otherwise have any right to assume that his orders would become part of this bulk. I've dropped you a PM on your orders.
