The fact is TimeSquare belong to Tan Sri Vincent Tan who also managing the Umobile.
That's might be the reason. So Umobile the one and only ISP.

Just to share my speedtest here at Kampung Sungai Wangi, Ayer Tawar Perak..
Got HSDPA as well...

It's still comfortable speed even in such remote area here.. notworthy.gif
