maxis has confirmed some sites are having issues.

start calling them now whether your area is affected!!

problem is high signals does not mean high throughput (depends on current traffic)

even if u get FULL HSPA bars, you will still get sucky throughout if your area cannot cope with concurrent usage/traffic.

me guess Maxis changed their hardware, but didnt increase concurrent connections. therefore more ppl are fighting to access from the same area (base stations).

Maxis is thinking like a road-transport ministry: get ppl to buy cars first, then if so much traffic, expand the roads, add traffic lights, add more cops bribing, etc. ...
