I just called Hotlink Customer Service to enquire about the iPad Prepaid Data Plan and I'm quite confused now.
According to Hotlink CS, once i reload RM10, the sim will have the validity of 10 days. After that within 90 days i have to top up again to keep the sim card active. My question is, if I reload RM10 and I didn't purchase any data pass. So does it means after 10 days i can't use that RM10 credit in my sim to purchase any data pass? If i want to purchase a new data pass I have to reload again?  |
