I just called Hotlink Customer Service to enquire about the iPad Prepaid Data Plan and I'm quite confused now. According to Hotlink CS, once i reload RM10, the sim will have the validity of 10 days. After that within 90 days i have to top up again to keep the sim card active. My question is, if I reload RM10 and I didn't purchase any data pass. So does it means after 10 days i can't use that RM10 credit in my sim to purchase any data pass? If i want to purchase a new data pass I have to reload again?

QUOTE(9M-MAS @ Jul 20 2011, 05:26 PM) yup, that's right. Celcom does the same with their prepaid BB. ic, thanks! btw is there any way to check when does the sim card expire? can't seem to find the info in the portal (http://www.hotlink.com.my/web/portal/broadband). All I can find is when does my data pass expire.
