this happen exactly to me this morning. I used up all my quota but surprisingly this morning I tried downloading some youtube videos and got up to 200+kbps. on the 24th already overlimit and got the message reached volume quote

When I came back and tried again this evening everything went back to normal
Any explanation to this? Is Maxis having some glitch we could bypass?
