xD me~ bought it but haven't really use it yet! For a normal user, I really think wildfire worth the money la~ typing is responsive lo~ camera is, well, don't expect much like what being reviewed. There are some small lagging problems la, but its just very minor, like opening the gallery of photos.
One thing though, not sure is just this wildfire, it seems to have a bit issue connecting to some wireless router. Will further update after I further experiment with it bah~ Btw, bought it from pdaexpert in sunway~ |

Hi~ I guess one major issue with wildfire is that a lot of apps can't be view on marketplace huh? Well, I don't know if this helps or not, but I just discover this Fast Web Installer
Install this app and AppBrain app market and follow the instruction to sync AppBrain app to your browser and you are ready to view, install and maybe use those app that were missing in android app market! Note: I think you should install AppBrain app 1st then only the Fast web installer. Ohya, to install the application you want, use internet browser to browse appbrain.com and install the application you want using the browser. You guys get it once you read the instruction, =P sorry for the messy post~ Enjoy G This post has been edited by Gorgan: Aug 2 2010, 09:34 PM |

QUOTE(lodestar @ Aug 9 2010, 11:02 PM) Well it's not that expensive since I paid for unlimited data usages seeing as I'm a heavy user, it would make sense Wuu! I love that film-kinda effect. May I ask what app you used?Added on August 9, 2010, 11:05 pm sorry...a sample picture of a picture, but it was taken using an app hehe so the pic looked somewhat washed out ![]() |

Well, you can always use brainapps to browse the app you want and sent it to your phone directly from the site. Just install brainapps app from the market and fast download, then synchronized with your phone and you are good to go. I installed robo defense XD nice time killing game

QUOTE(HIM @ Aug 17 2010, 07:33 PM) when i try to install through appbrain, i got this 'the requested item could not be found'. any solution? Try installing fast web installer from the market, synch appbrain apps in your phone, then you can download anything in appbrain even from your computer browser by clicking "install"~~ |

QUOTE(doobydoo @ Aug 19 2010, 04:46 PM) I'm not a modder nor am I very tech-savvy...mainly for calls, sms, web-browsing, Facebook, some GPS although I don't really require voice navigation...yet. I do prefer a decent camera and video-taking capability. Should be very handy and easy to bring about so the Galaxy S is out of the question. Added on August 19, 2010, 4:48 pmNot really into gaming...but should be able to play games particularly for my kids...useful distraction tool! QUOTE(doobydoo @ Aug 19 2010, 05:13 PM) Hmm....maybe I should stick to Wildfire...if need good camera, got my DSLR, GPS...well...my colleagues think I'm a living GPS device, wahaha. haha~ well, you most probably won't regret buying wildfire since you do have dslr d~ I am quite satisfy with my wildfire now even though there are times I hope I can get a Desire, =P but oh well, that just me being human~ xDPrefer the smaller size of the Wildfire too...dimensions-wise, it might not seem like much, but quite a difference when you're actually handling it. |

Hi all wildfire users with Maxis mobile internet monthly pass, want to ask you guys something. After you subscribed for the monthly pass, will Maxis still charged you in your unbilled amount even if it's within your limit (pay per use) and then at the end of the month only deducts from the bill? or they will not charge any data usage and your unbilled amount will be actually showing you your voice call and sms/mms usage without the data usage?
