Hey guys. When we un-tick the mobile network-connect to the internet, will it affect our mms service? Eg : wont be able to receive nor send mms

Yes, I've tried it before, still can know whether people send you mms or not, just you have to turn on mobile network to download it. Install APNdroid to solve this problem~ hehe

Correct me if I am wrong~

Ok. I've installed it. What should i do to so that my mms will be downloaded automatically but my prepaid credit will be untouched (eg: the phone wont automatically connect to the internet) ?
*
what i did is, in APNdroid i set it as below:

the 3g/EDGE/GPRS bar, set it to "on" as in there will be a green bar behind those words.

then under "preferences" MMS, i check the box, Notifications and Disable all APNs i uncheck it.

Then at Setting > wireless & networks(android setting) I turn the mobile network off.

Then you can try and ask you friend to see whether it works or not by sending a mms~

Solved. Apparently the APN I always been using since the the first day I use my wildfire can't be used. I have no idea why, reenter the APN information and it's working again~ weird....
