Overdue monthly maintenance fee

Just wondering if the JMB can do "anything" to those who have overdues on their monthly maintenance fees?
On the board, there are quite a number of tenants who have not paid the monthly maintenance fees, and some up to 18 months and so. Nothing can be done to the owners? |
