Want to have a survey here, how much do you guys spend on food + supplement per month? Esp. in this trying economic times..
My average is about RM600 per month on food and RM150 on supplements. Have 6 meals a day, 4 meals are solid food, the other 2 are protein shakes.
Food are usually like: Chicken Breast Eggs Beef steak (occasionally) Salmon (occasionally) Oats Sweet Potatos Some vegetables Eating out (once/twice a week treat) Ice-creams/chocolates if have left-over money
I shop at Jusco/Cold Storage/Tesco. Hard to find nice quality food in Carrefour/Giant.
Supplements: Whey protein brought in bulk Creatine
Usually I buy from Egonutritions/Supplement88.com

Supps alone whey, bcaa, glutamine and maybe preworkout boosters if can afford it. I get multivits and vit c and glucosamine and fish oil free. Advantage of being a doctor and having a father as a doctor. Heh.

average?? 1k monthly? i get supp at cheap price. but i usually haul in bulk of boxes with em and usually they'll throw in alot (ALOT) of freebies in small packages of err.. Vitargo, PHL Endurox R4, Storm, Shock Therapy etc etc. so its quite worth it buying in bulk, i usually do it twice a year.
usually daily, 5-6 scoop of Whey, BCAA, PAK, PUMP. fish oils / calcium pilss etc are paid by company since i get it from company's clinic + blood test every 3 month, hahahahaha important ya, especially to check on ur liver.

I'm in Singapore so I spend in dollars (sigh). I spend S$220-$280 on food. Sometimes get free food because local bodybuilders and fitness competitors invite me to eat with them. Supplements.. I spend quite a lot nowadays because I'm preparing for competition. Around S$200 per month. Usually its $150 or so. In ringgit thats like RM520-670 for food and RM360-RM480 for supps.
