A lot of people seems to think an iPad can fits their lifestyle... that's the problem.
They tend to "force" fit iPad into their lifestyle.... Just to justify the purchase. BIG problem... It should be the other way around... Think about the things that you do daily ... can it be replace by an iPad? A lot of apps need to be purchase to make it complete... Otherwise people will get stuck with the "default" apps and later they complain, iPad can't do want they want. This post has been edited by Edoras: Jun 9 2010, 09:14 AM |

QUOTE(Masamune @ Jun 9 2010, 12:28 PM) One of my points of getting it is for travel. Since i travel to classes everyday by train and also catching flight back to msia and to. BTW, i'm studying in moscow. I already own an iPhone since the 2G era and i feel iPad can serve more as an entertainment object more than my iPhone..am i wrong? If you feel an iPad serves more as an entertaining device, I think its not worth buying an iPad... |

QUOTE(stringfellow @ Jun 9 2010, 06:39 PM) But Jetstar rented it out to their customers. In this case, its quite okay. Cheap entertainment for customers. However, in my personal opinion, as a student buying an iPad for entertainment is not justifiable. Better use the hard-earned money to buy a proper Laptop/computer for educational purposes. |

Since I have JB the iPad, I have installed "Backgrounder" and "Circuitous". It will give yr iPad a sense of Multitasking where it can open multiple apps on the background. Anyone have tried this?

I have downloaded a file using Safari, but couldn't find the file to open it.
How do we find the file in iPad after downloading files? Is there a default folder? |

QUOTE(abu_muadz @ Jun 11 2010, 08:44 PM) What kind of file you downloaded? I use Goodreader apps to download html or pdf files. I was wondering too about downloading using Safari but never tried. You also can use Goodreader to find file in your iPad. I downloaded a video file from my friend's iphone.Just couldn't find where the file is stored. I have tried "Spotlight" search and also using Goodreader but cannot find it. |
