I saw this nameset on the Liverpool's webstore too, and if you look closely, there's the liverbird on the number. Maybe it's unique to Liverpool only. To my knowledge, there no logo on the European numbers (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Hopefully Torres will still be around in the coming season...

yeah, it's unique for liverpool only. in LFC store they call it LFC lettering.
i don't know whether euro numbers will have liverbird logo or not but i think no

Not all doom and gloom though. I remember LFC did say that the Euro letterings will be used for Cup games as well? So if that's the case, the letterings will be correct as they utilise the EPL patches for the earlier rounds of the Cups.

That is, if they are not going to introduce another special patch for the Cups la.

re iman_girl, those ARE the name and numbers (ie NNs as we refer to them here).

If you are looking for the shirt alone, yes ALI have a wide range of WC shirts, but stocks selling fast so better call them (number on first page) to check on availability.

the shirts retail at rm259, but iianm there is currently a sale in ALI with 10% off. please check with ALI to confirm.

Nope they don't because they use normal airmail.

And I think the actual ones worn by the players in the World Cup is also velvet material, not embroidered.. because it is too troublesome for the kitman, according to wiggy sports' blog:

England World Cup scrolls
By Mike at Wiggy Sports

Hi All, haven’t posted for a month and then so many in a few days.

Update on England match shirts. From the World Cup onwards, all England Match shirts instead of having an embroidered scroll underneath the crest will now have transfers using ArtCut DB flock which is the same material as used on the Carling Cup Final Badges. We’re looking into the possibility of getting these so will update soon.

Source: http://wiggysports.wordpress.com/2010/06/1...ld-cup-scrolls/

So the thin velvet material is ArtCut DB flock, which is the same material used for carling cup final 2010 patches
