Try those bank banker based in JB. I applied my loan application with banker from JB eventhough the house i bought is in Sarawak.
processing fees is higher but you can use it to counter offer the bank that offering you 80% loan. Banks are kiasi nowadays.

got a call from my HSBC banker.. he told that my loan approve dy~ i can get 88% loan~ ( like very happy la).. then i ask why so weird..88%?
then he say include MRTA la... then i direct shoot him.. u mean still i get 85% house loan and 5% MRTA la izzit.. he diam diam..

very funny la those banker.. cannot speak directly.. make ppl confuse and the worst part he help me apply HSBC credit card.. damn.. loan also i not yet sign he apply credit card for me dy!!! STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
