Supposedly support 4GB, but didn't tried it..
Mainly is Turbo Boost, i5 has higher thermal junction (105C vs i3's 90C ) 310M is one of the weakest nVidia available right now... Latest one is 400M series, but in 15'', you would need to up your budget, Acer 5742G, i5 560M + nVidia GT420M@RM2999 Dell XPS 15, i5 460M + nVidia GT420M@RM2999 The GT420M is significantly better than 310M... |

The Singapore version, 4820TG is more expensive than 5820TG since 4820TG comes with i7 and 5820TG comes with i5...
