nthg to do with ur results actually but how u carry urself during the interview and how's the company's culture is like.

if u fit into the culture, they like u more and willing to pay more to get u to work for them lor

You have your point there. But studying overseas bring a whole new experience to you. You're exposed to more international students. You'll experience a whole new lifestyle there. The people you meet and etc. I really do want to have a chance to study overseas.

Me, i just jealous of the fact the in overseas, ladies have looser morals.

agree with you, i wonder why some people are so particular about cgpa instead of working performance... hmm.gif

mostly because they have high GCPA but have no other strong skill except for memorizing only. They assuming when people are hiring, they are hiring the papers, not the person.

Wow, I didn't know that the certs could do actual work!
Wow!

And yes, these kinds of people are a lot in the university I am it.
They will do anything for to get marks including cheating as if marks indicate anything more than an indication of your willingness to work hard.

And I am certainly not going to sound them on this

the less serious competitors in my field, the better.

Wow. You increment is certainly impressive. You are being lucky I guess. Most wouldn't increase your salary by 75% after your probation eventhough how good you are. It doesn't make sense, or it might be the employers working there all have 5k salary after working 1 year.

Ummm...

actually they will
but only if you perform your job scope extraordinary or more commonly, able to and successfully do the work of a job scope higher than your current one.
proof it and you get better paid.
