yesterday, i had deposited my cheque worth 200 ringgit. later that day when i check my cimbclicks account details, i noticed that my cheque had already chequed in.

Surprisingly today when i wanted to withdraw money, my atm says that my balance is still the same RM 9.58.(without the cheque money in).

so i got back home and again check my account status.

it says that : account balance: rm 222.50(with the cheque money)
available balance: rm 9.58(without the check money)

what is the difference between this two balances ?

cheque need 3 day float la... =.="

cheque if same bank bkn ke xyah tnngu 3 hari..
i mean if ur cheque cimb bole trus dpat duit..
if cheque lain n deposit kt bank laen..2 yg kne tnggu lame..

normally 2 working days, usually at nigh time around 8pm

example : starts floating on 20th december, on 22nd december 8pm can withdraw already....same bank same branch...much2 earlier...

thank very much for the info....so,.."account balance" at cimb clicks tu kire sedang di proses camtu? can sum1 explain a lil detail? and my post is also a noob 1 .- -

ive added 2 attachments. so sorry for the trouble...really appreaciate ur advises,,,im really new into dis cimb clicks. basically my question is not about the cheque, its rather about cimb clicks.

They have all answered your question.
The balance you see online is with the check amount still floating but you see the whole balance.

However, when you got to the ATM; if you go check your balance, you would most probably see the amount there also.
But it would tell you that the amount available for withdrawal is only RM9 as you see in the withdrawal screen because needs the float to clear.

local cheque - T+1
outstation cheque - T+2
need to bankin before 4pm

Use your phone. They will probably delete your account so that you can create a new one at the ATM, but I'm just guessing.
