This land has been wasted by TA, who is treating such a prime piece of land as a non-entity. Try calling their Damansara Avenue advertised number, sometimes you are lucky they pick-up. I just called them again, NOBODY pick up the call. Can you imagine any other reputable developers doing that?? Compare this with developer like Eco-World, this whole masterplan would have been fully completed and prices in Sri Damansara and surrounding area would have appreciated even higher these past years. Instead, 15 years later, all we have is Azelia condominium and the Ativo Plaza. Whatever master plan they are presenting now, great, if you can wait for 40 years! True. Can't deny DPC is a good project.

But too bad there is no shopping mall there and no MRT connectivity in the future. (ALSO BIG THUMB DOWN) for such a big neighborhood. Pity the residences there have to drive all the way out to shop.

How about KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX and Bandar Malaysia? More ATAS people than DPC. Mostly multi-millionaires..

So don't need MRT stations? Singapore don't need MRT Stations?
