QUOTE(propertytalk123 @ Mar 24 2017, 04:29 PM) This land has been wasted by TA, who is treating such a prime piece of land as a non-entity. Try calling their Damansara Avenue advertised number, sometimes you are lucky they pick-up. I just called them again, NOBODY pick up the call. Can you imagine any other reputable developers doing that?? Compare this with developer like Eco-World, this whole masterplan would have been fully completed and prices in Sri Damansara and surrounding area would have appreciated even higher these past years. Instead, 15 years later, all we have is Azelia condominium and the Ativo Plaza. Whatever master plan they are presenting now, great, if you can wait for 40 years! Provided they don't re-vamp it again. TA Global - the part-time developer. Thanks but no thanks. Two big thumbs up for you..totally agree seems like they not really keen developing thier projects in Malaysia. They are so proud of thier Trump project in Canada thats shows where they are heading. QUOTE(BukitKing222 @ Dec 26 2018, 03:52 PM) True. Can't deny DPC is a good project. But too bad there is no shopping mall there and no MRT connectivity in the future. (ALSO BIG THUMB DOWN) for such a big neighborhood. Pity the residences there have to drive all the way out to shop. Don’t quite agree you on this . Let’s be constructive and open . DA can’t even say close to Midvalley . Location wise mid valley always have locals and tourist crowd , very sustainable . Kepong spending power still not so high , even those can spend will rather travel down to 1U or PJ which is one toll away . TA as a developer in Malaysia track record I’m not so convinced still . Look at the master plan of DA , how many years already now only consider phase 2 ?

QUOTE(BukitKing222 @ Dec 26 2018, 04:18 PM) How about KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX and Bandar Malaysia? More ATAS people than DPC. Mostly multi-millionaires.. So don't need MRT stations? Singapore don't need MRT Stations? Multimillionaire buy but not staying . It can be second home , holiday home , mistress home whatever . Or can we say trophee collection . MRT can be beneficial for Expats or renting on these high end condos let’s say . Look at Tropicana Gardens KD . The MRT worked pretty well. But who make use the MRT mostly ? Not the owners.
