went to their property gallery last week to take a look - opposite tropicana city mall, small unit still left one at the top floor facing sri damansara - cant remember if it's 600sq ft or 900sq ft, the rest of the big units are more then 50% sold. the price is crazy for a small unit, yet considered sold out. some more no show unit....very confident developer.

The carpark has individual entrance for each floors so you don't have to circle the whole carpark to get to your parking lot.

Carpark will be attached to the unit. No additional strata title

I believe if you have the cash to purchase, I'm sure they are willing to sell you an additional carpark on top of your entitlement.

That's the problem with this developer. I feel the same way too. Also I think they have too much money so they can do what they like at no hassle.
