Regular double-storey end-lot also 1.2M..there's a corner house at SD 10 going for 1.7mil, farked up market

This land has been wasted by TA, who is treating such a prime piece of land as a non-entity. Try calling their Damansara Avenue advertised number, sometimes you are lucky they pick-up. I just called them again, NOBODY pick up the call. Can you imagine any other reputable developers doing that?? Compare this with developer like Eco-World, this whole masterplan would have been fully completed and prices in Sri Damansara and surrounding area would have appreciated even higher these past years. Instead, 15 years later, all we have is Azelia condominium and the Ativo Plaza. Whatever master plan they are presenting now, great, if you can wait for 40 years! Provided they don't re-vamp it again. TA Global - the part-time developer. Thanks but no thanks.

I doubt it's walking distance with the busy ldp. Unless a vely long sky bridge being approved and built.
