It looks that Samsung doesnt produce IPS panel LCD monitor..am i right?

Have a look at this site : http://www.pchardwarehelp.com/guides/s-ips-lcd-list.php

Which one should i get? (excluding U2311H bcos its not available right now)

Or any other monitor that u can recommend not listed on the site above?

*seems that theres not much choice for IPS panel LCD sad.gif

And IF i want to buy TN panel LCD monitor.. some choices that i have :

1) Samsung XL2370 23" LCD LED-backlit - do think this is the best TN panel monitor that give the best color (in TN panel range)
2) Samsung P2370HD 23"
3) Alienware Optx AW2310 23" 120Hz Full HD - at 1st i really want to buy this monitor, but considering it high price but using TN panel, i need to think 4-5 times before buying it..is it worth buying this monitor for it 120Hz refresh rate?
5) Dell SP2309W 23" Full HD: CNet rated it as the best monitor for 23" size, XL2370 comes 2nd

Or any other choices and suggestion for TN panel LCD monitor?

And a question : are there any 120Hz IPS panel LCD LED-backlit Monitor in the market right now? (I'm dreaming right?hehe) Cos if there's any, surely i'm buying it laugh.gif

Thanks for ur response biggrin.gif

Seeing on your massive rig.. why dont you buy 3d led tv for 120hz display sweat.gif
trust other people, latest ips/p-mva monitor are better than tn monitor(including led), even i still prefer my company old m-pva monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 214T) than tn monitor eventhough the refresh rate is slow  doh.gif
saying that tn panel good for gaming than ips/p-mva are wrong for now since the refresh rate for current ips/p-mva are fast nowaday, yet produce really nice colour compered to tn panel, yet lcd tv that used to hookup with ps3/xbox360 are mostly ips/p-mva
*
Hm.. 3d led tv.. i'm not in the budget to buy those and the price i think is about Rm2000-RM3500 right??
For now, i think 22"-24" monitor is enough biggrin.gif

After reading some Dell U2311H review, i'm really tempted to buy it.. from some review, the only downside:

1) quite poor panel uniformity,
2) non-functional DCR control, gimmicky 10000:1 DCR..

the rest is good & excellent for small-medium budget monitor..

Other option would be HP ZR24W, Dell U2410H & NEC EA231WMi..

u need an IPS monitor if u want good viewing angle.. LED monitor viewing angle is the same with the TN monitor
*
definitely u should get IPS panel monitor.. more importantly u should get S-IPS/H-IPS panel LCD not e-IPS panel LCD..

Samsung is the supporter of VA, they developed S/PVA after all. if you like Korean brand, LG Display make S/H-IPS panel.
Owh, I'm not a Samsung supporter really biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

For details, you can hit Dell's product specification pages for the two. But shouldn't the viewing angle of the U2311H and the U2410 be similar?

Anyway, the U2410 has a lot of connectors, including Display Port and composite video. The other big difference is that the U2410 has an aspect ratio of 16:10, due to its 1920x1200 screen resolution vs the U2311H's 16:9 with 1920x1080 screen resolution.

At least those are the two biggest differences I think of.
*
U2410 is using H-IPS panel vs U2311H is using e-IPS panel..

Comparing both type of IPS panel. H-IPS/S-IPS panel remains the best type of IPS panel.. e-IPS panel r use for mid-range budget monitor like Dell U2311H, HP ZW24R or NEC EA231WMi..

The main drawback of e-IPS panel is the viewing angle is smaller than H-IPS/S-IPS panel but still bigger than TN panel..
