i dunno if this is da rite place to ask..

1) why my LCD,when run vid/mov at 720p above or running game.the fast movement is not sharp, something like flash..is it because the response time or other thing?is it more sharp if i go for LCD with HDMI?
(spec:X4 945,HD4770,Acer X203H via DVI,acbel me2 350w)

Your spec should be able to handle 720p videos reasonably. My old Athlon X2 3800+ dual core can play 720p videos fine.

The difference between HDMI and DVI is that HDMI may carry audio. The video is the same.

Perhaps there is a background application or a virus that is hurting your computer's ability to perform?

a bit jerky..i can see a flashy vertical(blurry)..
