If you just buy the monitor alone, you won't have the 9-11 digit service tag one, only those whole set computer got.From my experience, I phone over the CS. Tell the issue, then the call being directed to a CS personnel. Then I told the issue, name/account/ address, which they have the info to verify it.
He told me to write an email attached with warranty claim issue/photo to him as official paperwork for the warranty claim.
Then after 2 days, courier service sent 1 to 1 replacement unit, and took back the defect one.
