Notice that the word/name of the state HARBIN in northeastern china doesnt sound vry CHINESE? cuz Harbin was once a state of the country Manchuria. Manchuria, in Japanese is Manchukuo and it was a puppet state of Japan back then. Manchuria is located at northeastern china which is also southeastern of russia. After the war, russia claimed the top half of Manchuria and china claimed the bottom half of it therefore now you dun see Manchuria on the world map anymore.
