On another visit, the cafe owners were generous and invited me and some friends to have free 1st cup of any coffee in their menu.

13. The water has moved from the steel pot into the glass pot...and is brewing the coffee now...wow...like magic although it's scientifically explainable...once the fire is off...the liquid from the glass pot will flow back to the steel pot and coffee will come out from the tap...

15. A friend introducing Coffee Ritual's latest coffee maker - the Ice Drip Coffee Maker. It uses icy cold water to drip through the freshly grinded coffee and will take 8 hours to complete dripping! Coffee made this way has lesser caffein than hot brewed coffee...
