Yes.
White card = short term visit pass
Your company needs the info on the white card (code, date issued, no of days stay) to do online registration with MOM.
You only have that info once you're in SG and the white card is stamped.
*
so how? at this moment i won't be able to provide any 'stamped' white card info. is it ok if i provide scheduled future date?

Risky as MOM will double check with your white card when you hand in documents. Anything different and you might get into trouble.
*
no other solution? the HR is more troublesome than me...he is going on leave soon and request me to go Singapore to give him white card info while i still have work in malaysia....
I kept explaining my situation but he doesn't seem to get the problem at all.

has anyone ever tried singapore budget flight? i am taking tiger airways back to kl today(now) and it really pissed me off that they delay the flight by 1.5 hours and never informed earlier. some flight even cancelled. and i noticed alot passengers only knew when they got here and pissed off like me but i am luckier. compared to airasia, at least they inform passengers if got early plan of delay.

Well, if you quit immediatly, you will not have any income.  Why don't you look for another job before you quit?  It's tempting to just quit but you will have to do some calculation before doing that.  Chart out your expenditure vs your saving and how long can you last before getting another job.  It may take a while though.  Do not forgot that after your last day in your company, I think you only have two weeks of grace period staying in SG.

Good luck :-)
*
perhaps i used a wrong term. by saying quit immediately i mean hand in resign letter, i wont be able to leave immediately due to 2 mths notice period(i kno its long).....
i could use that two mths to hunt for another job but the hardest part is to resign coz i m quite close with my colleagues n boss as well, it feel awkward if i resign now n they will know the reason....does anyone know the embarrassing feel?

The EQ part of my brain will probably induce me to initiate an office massacre. The conscience part will analyse and dissect what went wrong with me from any available angle.

Given your sample period of 3 months, I conclude:-

You overestimated yourself after 3 months or

You underestimated yourself by receiving the offer.

everyone thinks i am underpaid even local sgporean they were shocked. i dont always overestimate myself i know whats my ability and i didnt demand alot as i was considered completely new in this field. but after working 3 mths i found that the workload is exceeding what they pay me.
