 Just bought a game, and it's empty...

I just bought a game from a renowned store. The cover is sealed nicely with original sticker but when I open it, it was empty mad.gif
Does anyone here experience this kind of situation before?

Yes, I will check before leaving the store next time...but who knows it was empty...I mean the cover is sealed perfectly fine without any defect

it's not your fault in the 1st place anyways. so what u can do is go back to the shop and ask for a refund/new game.

btw, do tell us which shop is it so we can blacklist it in the future.

May be its not the shop's fault.. There are always error .. Although it dun really happen, but there is still possibility that machines or human miss putting the disc into the box while it was still in the factory?

Which renowned shop? I also dun check the game went i purchase it. But if its from a renowned shop, you should easily can change the game or refund (Bernard, GH, Playzone..)

Yeah, I did go back to the store. Luckily their service is good and never question me...they said the game is out of stock and asked if I can wait for 1 week to re-order the game. They put a note on my receipt with the company chop nod.gif

I bought it from Sony Style The Curve...I was shocked and didn't expecting this. I believe this is not their fault too, it might due to machines faulty during the manufacturing process OR the people from manufacturing dept stole it for black market sweat.gif

I did send an email to Sony Style regarding this issue. I told them this is a fraud case and should take any possible actions to prevent it from getting more innocent people being victimize.
