Just my way of doing EBN stock market strategy...drawing our own defence line like stock market preventing a free for all.

1. When market drop from RM4800 to Rm4200, we try to sell above Rm4400 and if possible negotiate a more suitable price at the moment.
2. When the price drop at Rm3800, we manage to secure at Rm4100......more or less Rm100.
3.  When the price is at Rm3400, we refused to sell.
4. When price drop to Rm2600 AB mixed, we ask for more or less Rm3400 which formally we refused to sell. Hopefully, we can manage to get the price up again....selling lesser but getting higher price is better than selling more and getting less. We are doing our little part to ensure a better tomorrow for all if possible.

Our intention is to force the market price up and in forward gear instead of reverse gear now and even if we suffer alittle losses now, hopefully, in the near future, we will be able to gain more if we play our games well. Otherwise, the ball will be at the other side, and we are always on defensive and at their mercy which they will determine how and when to strike..

People generally will forget as usual do and pls don't remind them of the RED matter which is past and should be gone and those dealing with it deserve all they get and should be more........playing with public's health. A crime I must add.

Remember experts saying that the price may drop alittle after a few weeks due to present New Year orders which I think isn't because all said that the factories are having tons of nests on hand and why and who's buying now; it must because that it's cheap,eh? Or otherwise, there are many orders which we weren't informed and knew.

Have anyone being to Guangzhou lately and all Red Nests must be removed or taken off the shelves  but are our nests selling OK still??? Those pure nests that neither pure white or reddish in color......alittle like we chinese, a little brownish and yellowish which are good for health....hahahaha. My friend who has outlets in China said that the present problem is getting the nests there but there are orders. Who's right and who's lying, that I don't know and maybe, you can.

My view and opinion  on the matter to share.

Since our GOM has so much money at hand to give to the raayat, we also raayat and the GOM should dump in billions to save us now.........buying all Malaysian nests at our hand and stock piles it to ensure better pricing.

Set up processing plants here also with the help of the GOM fund to produce end products cos now is the best time to do so with less capital investment (cheap Birdnests) and educated Malaysian and neighboring Singapore to take EBN daily for health.

Maybe, with this storm really come with it a golden harvest....a new industry...top Quality EBN producers of end product in the world...may it be drinks, cakes or cosmetic and health supplements.

As we are talking, one of my friends sold his more than 50Kg @ Rm2800/kg rojak and he was with me a few days ago and told me that he isn't interested in anything less than Rm3000.

So, you see, with so much negative news, it's frightening and nobody can blame him for selling but at least he get Rm2800 instead of below Rm2400 as advertised.

So, it's OK if you sell at any price but sadly, I believe that we deserve more.

Only remember to bargain for a better price before selling.......

Maybe, Kohloh can provide better price with his contacts in China...By the way, how about the Vietnamese buyers for corner types???

Havent heard anything abt BN properties but im gonna KIV contruction of my other standalone BH for the time being.

IF low nest price remains, then the $1k/nest valuation for BN properties will have to be lowered to maybe $500-600/nest or less. That would greatly affect the price of BN properties.

Haha sure bro, exactly like stock market.

Right now this is what we call short term supply shock, there is so much supply yet there isn't any willing to buy.

But major difference is stocks are tied to the underlying company you're investing in. If Chinese ppl stop eating BN, not everyone stop per se, but the negative news causing a certain number of people to stop buying bird nest. Then the price of BN will have to come down because there is less demand.

The consumer is the boss in this industry. I see some of u hoping taikor or whatever to save this industry, but if no regular consumer buys BN or holds BN to such high 'value' anymore, there is nothing much anybody can do, am I right?

Just for fun; lets do some predictions :-

the dirts are all cleared now, malaysia nests are history in china. with export license's all been cancelled lately....

- Malaysian farmers will faced the same dilemma tht indonesian farmers faced for the past one years, tht is have to sell their nests at low price as they can't export their nests to china. the market rate for bn there is rm1.6k - 1.8k now. We will face the same scenario for at least 1 year or more. From past experience, it will be at least 3 years.

- Indonesia nests n vietnam nests will becomes the first n second runner up...i predict vietnam is the next big thing. they will become the star of bn in china.most indonesian taikoh's already have link n factory in vietnam.

lets see after one year the prediction is correct or not.
