3. books may help a lill but not much

4. more importantly talk to experience farmer
tip: this is an industry where experience RULE
5. internet is the best available resources,  the forums, and many blogs,  and go thru the details....
tip: you might gather a few ideas as you move on

and they will suck every blood in your vein..
