getting coverage of the club in the star is all down to hardwork from ppl like julian, richard, smk and the few familiar names in our forum. kudos to u guys

anyway it's a nice touch from naza kia no doubt... certainly increased exposure of the brand and public awareness on forte. now i can't wait to see the SOUL landing on our shore

i didn't buy... but insurance premium is 15% of the sum insured... so it's 300 if you wanna value the windscreen at 2000.. and at 2000 i think should be sufficient la.

depends on the traffic u have gone through. if city drive, 506km is not bad at all.
mine generally 420km to 450km... mostly around TTDI + PJ + Old Klang Road

pj... jln tandang, kinrara, puchong, all are service branches and all got good feedbacks before... but for my case jln tandang gave me a bad impression cause they had me waited for nearly 1 and 1/2 hrs without attending to my queries... according to ppl there they had some briefing with HQ on that morning n all technicians must attend... which sounds kinda funny to me cause really nobody working the whole morning!

to make things worse i called to make appt a few days before, but they never write down my car plate on the white board and the visiting time. sienz.

well hopefully it's one off la. it's still the nearest one from my house...

ya... our resident engineer has been promoted... good for selayang owners... bad news for puchong owners

after 4 months applying SG, still got water beading effect on the car... so it's worth it n recommended as far as i'm concerned

as explained by SG boss, no maintenance is required. just normal wash to maintain the shine. one condition though, DO NOT WAX OR POLISH the car after applying SG because that will void their 5 yrs warranty.

we get to know about SG from the autoworld forum. a lot of Pug owners send their car to glow there, and they have good feedback about the product. can refer to this link for more info:

i did a trip from gelang patah (johor boundary, 2nd link highway to singapore) - singapore city drive a bit - PJ - ipoh, for a full tank of about 80... to AOR is a bit too much la

bro, there's only 1 type of syn lube... branches use petronas... dealers dunno.

but wherever u go... pls check whether we r entitled to the promotion package... cause in newspaper said forte owner service b4 end june need to pay 20* only... got discount on the engine oil.

those got existing stock one, maybe bcause they r dealers... dealers need to pay extra to get a car allocated to them, whereas for branches they depend on HQ... but i do agree with u... they r a bit clueless in car delivery process. i guess b4 production line starts running, everyone's eyeing for the limited stocks in a shipment

So far my K&N filter no issue la. when go for 20k service nanti see whether SC makes noise on it.

my FC will only go below 10l/100km if traffic is smooth... can always maintain >70 without downshifting.

city drive, lots of start stop... 10+l/100km lo...

1.6 city drive is 10-12l/100km also.

driven long and traffic free... even 1.6 also will show good fc la...

kia claimed that fc for 1.6 and 2.0 in mixed traffic condition is almost the same, with 1.6 slightly lower. i think it has something to do with power to weight ratio.. for a 1.6 to pull a 1.2 tonne car, on 17 inch wheels, fc would not be too great right?
