VW - Miserable discount rate. Could've top up extra ~10k bought a Volvo S60 T4 or BMW 316i for the price I pay for Passat under REP programme. Nevertheless they are helpful in providing the info.
For Mitsubishi, heard the showroom in Glenamarie has dedicated team dealing with PAKAR programme. only ASX is CKD and a bit of search in this thread will reveal the price
Subaru - only XV is CKD and a bit of search in this thread will reveal the price.
Renault - only Fluence is CKD and a bit of search in this thread will reveal the price. (got mine for around 80k++)
I went for Volvo V40 and Renault Fluence for my parents for my 2 cars allocation.
Well you can't really compare both cars as it is a different genre type of cars in my opinion. Volkswagen Passat has a edge in their designs and its appearance suit a younger ownership whereas Volvo has a slightly older design which suit older people.
