Looks like no one has sold their REP car after 2 years or later... I plan to sell "mine" after the 2 years limit in July this year; need to change to a MPV.

The Custom HQ is in Putrajaya; maybe can go to the Kelana Jaya branch to enquire. Or else go to Johor Kastam branch on a Sunday to enquire.

Anybody communicated with Daniel before? The guy offering services to sell REP cars.

I doubt that selling the REP requires the services of an agent. At a rate of RM10k, I might as well use my leave to go to MOF, KASTAM and JPJ to settle the sale of my REP car. Even if I need 10 days to do the running around, it will still be cheaper than RM10k.

Why would there be a severe depreciation of the REP car? It would just follow the normal market price of a 2nd hand car. As I understand, the buyer will buy at market price and our "profit" is actually the depreciated tax that will be paid to Customs.
