QUOTE(Molotov Cocktail @ May 7 2010, 04:23 PM) Sorry for noob question, i've explored the HSBC internet banking portal but have no idea where to pay the credit card bill, If you have a HSBC Power Vantage card as well, merely transfer the bill from your savings account to your credit card account. It'll be considered as payment of the bill. |

How you plan to pay it online? Using other bank's internet banking like M2U or CIMBClicks?

Having HSBC internet banking account doesn't mean you can pay online. You need to have either a savings/current account with HSBC or any other bank.

Just click transfer after that. Please note that the cut-off time for HSBC credit card payment is 10pm everyday. So, let say you always pay on the last day before the due date, always remember to transfer the money out before 10pm. |

QUOTE(Molotov Cocktail @ May 7 2010, 04:23 PM) Sorry for noob question, i've explored the HSBC internet banking portal but have no idea where to pay the credit card bill, Maybe you can try giving them a call.I remember when I forgot to make my payment, their CS called me and enquire about it. I just told her Im too busy to go and pay thus asking her if she can just deduct from my savings account. To my surprise, it can be done. Not sure how much they have changed cos it was like 3-4years ago. |
