patryn33 ... im quite a basher. i think zenith daytona hard to get furthermore a pre-owned model takut previous owner never service/basher etc. i prefer the white dial, coz the black rings nice.
i saw once in mudah, ss white zenith going for abt 22k .. miss that boat.

Germany U talking new or pre own? European pre own prices can be pretty high! I got my JLC clock in states for like 1/3 the price I found in a tiny watchmaker store in Italy!

my buddy in sg visited the shop (listed as your 1st link), turn out getting in SG is cheaper.
some pre own shops in SG do not charge GST.

its interesting the last link provide 12 yrs warranty. does the warranty cover free routine service? who pay shipping and insurance?
the cost to service a rolex datejust in USA with polishing of the case/bracelet cost US$500. I read in SG cost sgd$500 to just service and locally only around RM$500 also just service! with that is worthwhile taking the warranty?

yes, Rolex U can trade in almost anytime for cash that does not mean U would make a handsome profit which allows you to get a current model without spending more.

as for the watch I got for ~60% off, only I know if I can sell it off today if I want to. U better work on getting your 1st Rolex and leave that part to me.
in times of war, gold can trade anytime for food. I doubt a rolex meant anything. talk about value

as for lux brands no 60% off? U must be kidding! U can easily find FM going on such discount esp those quartz models
3yrs ago u can find Zenith on LVMH friends and family sale going for ~70% off.
IWC if U know where to look also can find it >50%.
to you these brands all no value, pawn shop wouldn't take a at them.

certainly! even with auto, if you don't move enough and it stops. U end up winding it again.

Tag spend more $$ on marketing than B&R.
Tag design very different from B&R.
they target very different group of ppl.
both share weak resale value.
