Pls allow me to share my recent finding abt service....
TSC in Amcorp Mall ( Mr Lee ) is a professional watch service centre, good patient to explain all the possible problems of the watch I send for quotation. ( Price is cheaper than Principle appointed service centre...Richemont Luxury said around RM1500, 6 months warranty )
Mr Ng in Summit PJ is expert in OMEGA watches, for simple mechanical watch he should be capable to handle it. ( nice guy and quick service )
Mr Thung from Ampang Point also "old bird" in service & trade 2nd hand watches. ( so far he charge the lowest rate around RM750, but I really dun know the quality yet..... )
Finally, go back to Richemont Luxury, the real professional the only officially appointed service agent for many Swiss made watches, like PIAGET, IWC, B&M, PANARAI, JL, V.Constantin, A.L&Sohne, MontBlanc, Cartier....etc ( can provides FOC full detail of the service needed with spare part break down one by one......may cost 30% more but they provide 1 year warranty )

The choice is yours.........
Do share with me if you found a good service centre with reasonable price as I also got few watches that need services....

BTW.....If I want to sell off some of my collection ( Swiss Watches ) pls advice me where is the most suitable place to post...

I can share the official quotation from Richemont Luxury, I waited for 30 minutes for them to open up and used some machine to test it before provide me the quotation.....the good thing is it's all FOC.

I will post it tomorrow cos the quotation is in my office.

For my IWC.....TSC was quoted as RM1200 to 1500. ( they imposed RM100 as charges after the quotation if you refused to send in for service ).
But as rule of thumb.... send the watch personally to them for diagnosis without tell them all the problems....then compares lat least 3 shops for price & service explanation, it will minimized the risk to send the watch to a wrong hand or put ur head on chopping board....lol ).

I believed many friends out there can advice on this service matter and should know some of their service quality....

My ultimate aim to get a Breguet watch .... entry series. now need to save and sell some of my collection in exchange for this new baby....

I hv to sell 6-8 of my collection in order to buy one of it....

my collection so so only....... no money to buy anymore..... watches = my asset, Bank = 0
get a old winding Patek.....Rolex X 3, Tag Grand Carerra X 1, Ap X1, Maurice Masterpiece X 1, IWC X 1........and many B Brands watches that not worth much...fashion watches no value.

I got one of this Zenith watch but has been send for services many times ( within 4 years ).
My personal advice ....dun buy this model cos many problems will arises. especially the buttons......
