like i always said in my previous post, people tend to think juicers work less than non-juicers
in fact they have to work harder to justify the amount of money they spend on those stuff...and when u juice, everything...I mean EVERYTHING has to be precise

i still dont get the overtraining part la darklite
how do they always complain?

and i believe malaysians can compete as ifbb pro punye membe...saying we cannot is just an excuse
its just whether or not one is willing to commit the time, money and life for that

sportsmanship is not the way to live in malaysia
i mean look at uk, europe, australia and the US
athltetes/sportsmen and women are treated like celebs (of course they are good at what they do)
the mindset kat malaysia tak ready lagi
