Do you know that the Malaysian Bodybuilding Federation (MBBF) and Asian BBF is not affiliated with the IFBB? Instead, they are under an organisation named World Bodybuilding and Physique Federation (WBPF) that doesn't pay the athletes for winning any low level competition and does not offer any pro status?

What if a new federation starts in Malaysia/Asia, is affiliated with the IFBB and if you win national competitions, allows you to advance to pro qualifying contests, will you join it?

BUT if you do, the current MBBF/ABBF/WBPF will ban you from their contests for life.

who knows? the more we talk bout it, the more someone is going to start something. The more this issue is swept under the rug, the longer it'll take for it to happen (if ever).

You can't make generalized statements like that. Contrary to popular belief, pros don't go crazy over cycles. It's either a person has it or they don't. Juicers also train their asses off. The regular trainee here is drop dead scared of overtraining. They should be worried about what they're not doing enough of per session yet at the same time they de-emphasize the importance of recovery.

like i always said in my previous post, people tend to think juicers work less than non-juicers
in fact they have to work harder to justify the amount of money they spend on those stuff...and when u juice, everything...I mean EVERYTHING has to be precise

i still dont get the overtraining part la darklite
how do they always complain?

and i believe malaysians can compete as ifbb pro punye membe...saying we cannot is just an excuse
its just whether or not one is willing to commit the time, money and life for that

Agree with that. Obviously they wont abuse cycles, they know their intake as not to overdo it, but i've read some of their cycles programme, oh my..
not all pro took juices la. Not all of em took juice.

Btw have any of u guys met or saw a msian bb name Ubai?? That guy got alot of potentials to become pro.

+1 that is why they're so well deciplined, not everyone can achieve and do the same, if u took juice n u dont workout well proper you wont go anywhere.. It'll do more harm on ur body than any good.
It has to be precise.

I guess this thread has became more like, "Will Malaysia be able to produce a IFBB pro bodybuilder?". So erm...who will support this new federation?

By support I mean joining/watching the competitions that this federation organizes and forget about that lousy ones by ABBF/WBPF.
