Wonder OCBC has online bill payment to TNB, TMB etc by using their cc?

If yes, then I will consider to apply the OCBC titanum lo..

If that is the case, how to enjoy the 5% on bill payment? Make payment through the providers' website using OCBC T cc like tmonline?
