Which model is the 1 TB model? ST310005N1A1AS-RK, ST31000528AS, or the ST31000340NS ? 7200.12, 7200.11, or 7200.10?

OK, then how bout any 1 TB model but not the 7200.10 and 7200.11 due to these two r know to be having firmware issue. I don't mind to lost a hdd but not my precious data due to hv to hdd exchange bcoz of the warranty.
